Mark your calendars for March 26 when version 2.2, dubbed Tangled Truth in Inverted Tower, drops. Players can look forward to new characters, maps, gameplay features, and as a bonus, a free 5-Star weapon upon completing the Main Quest.
Our latest main quest invites you to dive deep into the enigmatic world of Avinoleum. We’re unraveling mysteries surrounding Cartethyia and the elusive Sentinel. Building off the narrative from version 2.0, this chapter will bring you face to face with secrets entwined with the enigmatic Imperator and Cartethyia. You’ll start this adventure at Beohr Waters behind Porto-Veno Castle and progress into mid-air Avinoleum, revealing the hidden truths of Rinascita and Sentinel. Plus, there’s the 5-Star Sword, Bloodpact’s Pledge, up for grabs just for participating.
With version 2.2, we’re also introducing a fantastic new 5-Star Resonator, Cantarella, the 36th Lead of the Fisalia family. She brings her unique style to combat with her toxic jellyfish-infused umbrella. Her distinctive attacks gather energy, which when fully charged, lets her unleash heavy ground attacks to induce a state that mimics an underwater world. Cantarella can heal teammates and even slow down enemies with her Resonance Skill. When her Resonance Liberation is activated, she can perform extended combo attacks, boosting both Havoc and Resonance Skills for allied Resonators.
Not to be outdone, Rover is leveling up with a new Aero attribute. Armed with a one-handed sword, Rover: Aero can deftly navigate the skies, executing aerial attacks that not only damage foes but heal teammates too. By activating certain skills mid-air, Rover can morph Negative Status effects into the Aero Erosion Effect. This setup can heap damage on enemies while simultaneously restoring your team’s health, culminating in a massive sword drop from the sky for a dramatic finish.
Cantarella’s story, A Fleeting Night’s Dream, will also unfold in this release. You’ll follow a mysterious letter to a celebration of the Night of Remembrance in Egla Town, uncovering past secrets at Porto-Veno Castle alongside a girl in a red hat. Our journey into the Sea of Ghosts promises to lift the curtain on stories yet untold.
Exploration continues into the breathtaking region of Avinoleum, a sky-reaching seminary that’s wrapped in history and mystery.
